![]() Tom chose family practice because he enjoys building life-long relationships and getting to know the entire family across all ages as needs arise. He feels there is a need within the community to improve upon regular health maintenance and preventative care for men. He knows what it means to truly listen, assess and advocate for a patient and their loved ones. He has acquired more than 30,000 hours of bedside patient care experience. Tom Jeffrey joined our group in 2016 after completing his Post Masters Certificate, specializing in Family Practice, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and is AANP Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her hobbies include running, fishing, quilting, and camping. Together they raise cows, dwarf goats, and chickens. Papik will tell you she is a farm girl at heart and spends her down time working on the family farm with her husband and children. As a wife and mother of 6, she prides herself as being family focused. Papik is a Husker native born and raised in Lincoln, NE. She currently is the only female physician in Lincoln to offer this service and works closely with NFP practitioners throughout many of the dioceses in Nebraska.ĭr. She became certified as a medical consultant for Creighton Model Natural Family Planning and practices NaPro technology. Papik has always had a special interest in women’s health and has for years provided primary care, including obstetrics and gynecology, to our community. ![]() She received her Doctor of Osteopathy in 2007 and returned to Lincoln to complete her residency in family medicine through Lincoln Medical Education Partnership.ĭr. She received her bachelor of science degree at Nebraska Wesleyan, and went on to attend medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa. Terra Papik joined our practice in late 2017. She enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her clinical interests include wellness, weight-loss, obstetrics and caring for children. Dziko belongs to many local and national medical organizations. in 1997, where she completed her family practice residency program through Lincoln Medical Education Partnership in 2004, and became board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians the same year.ĭr. Dziko, her husband and her two children immigrated to the U.S. She completed her medical degree at the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia in 1982 and her OB/GYN residency program at the Medical Center Travnik General Hospital, Bosnia in 1990. Dziko was Director of the practice while it was known as Family Health Care Center. Prior to acquiring the clinic in late 2016, Dr. Svjetlana Dziko, President and owner of Family Health & Wellness Center, P.C., has been providing family and obstetric care to the Lincoln community since 2004.
